Technical Centre for Bread Baking
Wiseman has recently completed the set up of their fully functional Bread BakingTraining Facility,
complete with baking machinery and supporting equipment in the set-up of a traditional hot bread bakery. This includes all machinery and equipment required for the delivery of FDF30611 Certificate III in Retail Baking (Bread).
In addition to this, the Training Facility includes visual communication tools, SOP's, manuals and safety measures & procedures.
Wiseman is now able to utilise this Bread Baking Training Facility to provide Certificate III in Retail Baking (Bread) onsite.

Wiseman is able to provide FDF30610 Certificate III in Retail Baking (Bread) as both an apprenticeship and a standard qualification (non-apprenticeship).
