Learner/Student Support Services

Wiseman can provide appropriate learner support services, to make sure that learners are provided with every opportunity to complete their training program.

Our Administration team are always happy to assist any learner with queries and concerns they may have related to their progress of training and/or completion. Our Administration team can assist with queries including but not limited to:

Lost SOA/Certificates
Progress of training

Progress with Certificates/Statement of Attainments
Concerns about training and assessment practices
Induction process inquiries


Training Services

If a learner requires extra support that is related to their training and assessment, an educator can further assist them with queries including but not limited to:

Literacy Language and Numeracy (LLN) assistance
Training duration queries
Difficulty with progress of training

Every learner's query will vary in the degree of support, however, Wiseman will ensure to achieve the best possible outcome for all learners and their training needs.

If the support services relate to LLN, the educator must also follow the action plan which sets out the mechanism for providing LLN support to the learner.    

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

You may be able to get recognition for relevant, documented life and work experience. For instance, you may have completed on-the-job training or community or volunteer work that has taught you skills relevant to your training program.

When you enrol in a Wiseman training program, you may be able to get advanced standing for training programs that you have studied with private providers and RTOs. Credit transfer opportunities are also available to learners who provide evidence from an RTO that they have successfully completed an AQF qualification or unit of competency, with the specified national qualification / unit code.


People with Disabilities

Wiseman is committed to assisting people with disabilities who meet entry requirements for a training program. Before you enrol, you should seek training program advice and educational support from our educators. 


Occupational Health & Safety

Wiseman adheres to current legislation & practice in regards to OH&S and has an OH&S Policy which includes the provision of Accident / Emergency reporting & First Aid kits.
